Warranty

Each Loyal Alarm is hand-tested and confirmed to be in working condition prior to shipment.  The Loyal Alarm is self-contained and mounted to the A/C or Furnace unit casing.  It is not connected to or in any way related to the function of the A/C or Furnace Unit.

BASIC COVERAGE:
Loyal Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "LOYAL") will repair and/or replace Loyal Alarm at no cost to purchaser providing LOYAL Alarm has been properly installed pursuant to instructions, no alterations in installation or parts, and installation has been performed by an HVAC or similar professional qualified to work on A/C or Furnace units for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.  Shipping cost to return Loyal Alarm for warranty service is purchaser's responsibility and expense.  Return shipping for Basic Coverage warranty will be at LOYAL's expense and MUST be to a regular address - no PO Boxes.  Shipping Insurance is optional to return LOYAL Alarm for Basic Coverage warranty and WILL NOT be reimbursed by LOYAL.

LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY BEYOND BASIC COVERAGE:
LOYAL provides an extended Limited Parts Warranty for the LOYAL Alarm outside the Basic Coverage Warranty Period.  LOYAL will repair and/or replace any PART(S) found to be defective for a period of six (6) months from conclusion of Basic Coverage at no cost (labor NOT included) providing the LOYAL Alarm was properly installed pursuant to instructions and installation has been performed by an HVAC or similar qualified professional with no alteration to installation of the LOYAL Alarm and/or parts therein.  Shipping cost to return Loyal Alarm for warranty service is purchaser's responsibility and expense.  Return shipping for Basic Coverage warranty will be at LOYAL's expense.  Shipping Insurance is optional to return LOYAL Alarm for Limited Parts Warranty and WILL NOT be reimbursed by LOYAL.  Customer is responsible for any and all labor charges associated with repair of LOYAL Alarm and will be notified of said charge prior to Limited Parts Warranty repair via e-mail or telephone call.  Customer must pre-pay any labor charges associated with repair of LOYAL Alarm prior to Limited Parts Warranty service being rendered.

EXCLUSIONS:
This warranty does not cover a Loyal Alarm or its parts that are damaged by misuse, theft, tampering, alteration, neglect, abuse, accident, fire, flood or lightening, or any other act of nature or God.  It does not cover a Loyal Alarm or its parts that have not been improperly serviced or used in application for which they were not designed or approved by LOYAL.  It does not cover a Loyal Alarm installed by someone other than an HVAC or similar type qualified professional who has knowledge and experience of HVAC units and their function. It does not cover failures caused by non-original equipment parts or labor operation to the Loyal Alarm as originally shipping upon purchase.

OTHER INFORMATION:
Because the Loyal Alarm is self-contained and mounted to the A/C or Furnace unit casing, it in no way interferes with and/or relies upon the operation of your A/C or Furnace unit.  It is not made or required to be connected to any type of home security alarm.  Installation of the Loyal Alarm by an HVAC professional or similar type qualified professional with HVAC knowledge ensures no damage to your A/C Unit and in no way jeopardizes the manufacturer or installation/service warranty of the unit.  LOYAL assumes no responsibility or liability for any and all damages which may be caused to an A/C unit whether during installation or thereafter.

WARRANTY SERVICE:
To receive warranty service as described herein, purchaser must fulfill the following requirements:

1.  Call (317) 797-9772 to report warranty claim.  Please have original purchase information available.  A work order confirmation number will be assigned.
2.  Send the LOYAL Alarm, a copy of the original receipt for purchase with notation of your work order confirmation number in the original or similar type packaging for protection from further damage to:

This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights.  Purchaser may have other rights which vary from state to state which may not limit how long an implied warranty will last or exclusions or limitations incidental or consequential damages.  Loyal Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC does not authorize any person or entity to create on its behalf any other warranty, obligation or liability of the LOYAL Alarm, including but not limited to the purchase, installation, manufacturing, operation of the LOYAL Alarm nor does it authorize any person or entity to create on its behalf any other warranty, obligation or liability to which the LOYAL Alarm may be installed.  Any implied warranty or fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability, to the extent allow by law, is limited to the duration of this warranty coverage and neither Loyal Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC or its heirs, agents, representatives, officers, stockholders, selling dealers, affiliates, etc. be responsible or liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or any consequential damages associated with the LOYAL Alarm.
