It is highly recommended the LOYAL Alarm be installed by a licensed and certified heating & air conditioning professional or other qualified professional as it requires mechanical knowledge to be properly installed.  Installation by anyone other than a qualified professional may result in damage to AC and/or furnace unit.  LOYAL Heating & Air Conditioning LLC will not be responsible for any and all damage incurred to an AC/Furnace unit when a non-qualified professional performs installation of the LOYAL Alarm.  It is highly recommended a professionally licensed and certified heating and air conditioning specialist perform installation to ensure no damage comes to the AC/furnace units.

Due to the dramatic increase in precious metal crime, the LOYAL Alarm was invented and geared toward deterring theft and vandalism of A/C & Furnace units.  Should a unit with the LOYAL Alarm installed be compromised, a loud 120 db siren is triggered alerting and drawing attention to scare away the culprit.  The unit must be replaced to disarm the siren.  Should the unit be completely removed, the siren will continue to sound drawing attention to it and will assist police officers track and apprehend the thief.

Loyal Heating & Air Conditioning cannot guarantee the LOYAL Alarm or its information will not fall into the wrong hands.  As a level of security, any and all information obtained by purchase of the instructions and/or the LOYAL Alarm shall be kept in a secure database and will be made available to local police authorities upon request to assist in investigation, apprehension and prosecution.

Purchase of Instructions:
1.  $10 charge to obtain LOYAL Alarm installation instructions.  Payment is processed through PayPal and must be received prior to instructions being available. 
2.  Once payment has been processed, instructions will be electronically forwarded to the supplied e-mail address unless otherwise requested and agreed.  PLEASE be sure to include your e-mail address in the NOTES section of payment. 
3.  Purchase of the LOYAL Alarm within 30 days of purchasing instructions shall be entitled to a $10 rebate per LOYAL Alarm.  If LOYAL Alarm is not purchased within 30 days of purchasing instructions, the $10  credit shall not apply.  To obtain your $10 rebate please send a copy of your receipt for purchase of the instructions ALONG WITH a copy of your receipt for purchase of the LOYAL Alarm to:

LOYAL Alarm Refund & Return Policy:

1. The LOYAL Alarm must be returned in its original condition, with all switches and other accessories without damage or alteration.  Any and all written materials MUST be returned with the LOYAL Alarm.  Copying of any information is strictly prohibited and is considered copyright infringement.  Should it be found any parts, accessories or paperwork shipped with all LOYAL Alarms is missing, this forfeits any right to a refund.
   
2. To return the LOYAL Alarm, please call (317) 797-9772  to  obtain a troubleshoot/confirmation number.  Returning the LOYAL Alarm without a troubleshoot/confirmation number will cause delay in processing of any refund. 
   
3. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
   
4. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
   
5. Refunds received in a timely manner will be processed and mailed within 30 days of receipt of the returned LOYAL Alarm(s).
   
6. Refunds will be mailed to address from which LOYAL Alarm is returned.
   
7. Return Shipping & Handling of LOYAL Alarm is sender's responsibility and expense.
